Manufacturing can be done using either a single manufacturing process or an extensive process chain.

Depending on the requirements, it can be carried out manually or automatically.

If necessary, we can expand the range of processes in collaboration with our network partner.

The required resources such as: B. Pressing tools or clamping devices are manufactured in our tool shop in China and by our certified partners to achieve short throughput times and the highest quality.

We produce prototype formed sheet metal parts in small to medium quantities from steel, aluminum and high-strength steel for the premium vehicles of renowned automobile manufacturers.

In addition to the production of individual parts, we are able to precisely assemble the individual sheet metal parts into sub-assemblies and assemblies and also measure them with high accuracy.

Thanks to our own high added value, we can react very quickly to customer changes and, with our highly qualified employees, make changes and optimizations to parts that have already been manufactured.
